Summary: This is a well placed hotel in the middle of the town a short walk to the lake and about 10 minutes on foot from the railway station, much of it on a pedestrianised road. It is family run and very friendly. The room are comfortable and very clean as is normal for Switzerland. Breakfast is reasonable, but not exceptional. Wi-Fi works very well. Parking is available in. car park opposite the hotel, but parking in front of the hotel is not possible. The reception is not staffed full-time, but a dongle is added to the key to the bedroom. On the front door to the hotel underneath the doorhandle there is a receiver for the dongle which when placed shines green and releases the latch on the door. I had a good night's sleep and would stay at the hotel again.
